Week 2 :)

After week 1, I finally organized my new schedule! I organized it in order to take advantage of my day completely, because I leave school at 11 a.m. and Tuesdays and Thursdays I have class at BC. I still don’t have a car, but I will be getting my license on February 9th! FINALLY!
So, this week I had to do some research for my noodle tools, and of course for myself; I went to the library and read another book about architecture  this one talked about what it is like to be an architect and what you need to succeed in that area. While I was reading thru it I pictured a day in my life as an architect… I wasn’t completely convinced I want to do that, but because normal architecture is not as appealing to me as eco-friendly architecture. I got interested in architecture because of this cool project I found; it’s a mass construction project for Haiti after the earthquake.
The project consists in using cargo containers to build houses for those who lost their homes. The coolest part is that those containers where never going to be used again! Once the containers are used they just accumulate as trash. The project not only gave houses to many, but recycled for a good purpose.
That’s  is why I will post this project for my noodle tools instead of the books I read…
